The Cowboys Football program began in 1983 with a Bantam team in the Calgary Bantam Football Association. Since that time we now have an Atom team, two PeeWee teams, in the Calgary and Area PeeWee Association, and a Midget team, in the Calgary and Area Midget Association. This provides approximately 200 players from the northwest area of the city an opportunity to play organized full contact football.
